Multiple Recalls going to patients who have already been seen

Patients are either attending just before their recall date or after it has already been processed so it does not flag as complete and will send them a recall every time they do the follow ups. You are also unable to manually delete the recall after it has been processed. Two ways I can think around this are being able to manually delete processed recalls or possibly a setting to not include recalls in the report that are due in x amount of time since their last appointment. Called in today 24/01 and gave following example. Gwen Park - Seen in June/July, 6mo recall put on system, but dentist had said 12mo.When it is being processed the recall is being resent each time and the practice is getting unpleasant phone calls from patients about these recall mails.
