How To Find the Next Available Appointment

Click on the Vacant button at the top of your appointment screen and you will be able to enter your search parameters.

The vacant screen allows you to search for a basic appointment i.e. a 45 minute appointment for a provider on a Friday afternoon. Or you can go more in depth with it i.e. Patients needs to see a dentist for 15 minutes followed by a Hygienist for 30 minutes and the patient is willing to wait up to 20mins in between and needs it before 1pm.

Once you have your designated time slot, double click on it or highlight and click select.


The normal booking procedure will follow to complete the appointment process.
