How Can I Put Images into The Patient Record?
Storing images as part of the patients clinical record is become more common. This is not limited to radiography but includes intra and extra oral images.
To this end SFD have introduced a section of the patient record dedicated to images. This feature of our dental software allows you to import or captor images from the following sources:
Once you have captured or imported your image, you are able to specify which tooth or teeth it is associated with, add notes and even make some basic modifications to the image(s).

- Direct Capture from USB Cameras, Web-cams and other Windows Enabled Video sources.
- TWAIN Devices such as scanners
- Import images stored on the computer or network
Once you have captured or imported your image, you are able to specify which tooth or teeth it is associated with, add notes and even make some basic modifications to the image(s).
