How Do I Shorten or Extand an Appointment?
Highlight the required appointment and move your cursor to the bottom of the appointment until the cursor changes from a pointing arrow to an up and down arrow cursor.
Hold down your left mouse button and drag the appointment up to shorten and down to lengthen the appointment and then let go of the mouse button.
