We strongly recommend the following day when you start using it on your patients that you purchase a “Go Live Day” which means the trainer stays on site as a holding hand process for things that may crop up.

We can also go into some detailed reports that we could not get done on the previous day. We recommend that the Go Live day is not your normal full book and that appointments are extended slightly to incorporate computer input and for the day to finish at 4pm so the trainer can go through and answer any questions you may have.

If you don’t purchase the “Go-Live” day then we still recommended you extend your appointments to allow computer input.
