Before the installation date we will send you a pack for you to fill in. This includes all staff members, working times, medical histories, Private fees etc. This needs to be returned to us 2 weeks before the training is due to start. We can then get this information into the software so it's all ready to go on your go live day. There will be little things that might need setting up on site but the majority of things will be done for you. It is vitally important that these forms are filled in and returned to Systems for Dentists. If you are unsure about any of the sections please call us.
