When clients decide to move from their old dental software to SFD we work hard in ensuring the data conversion is of the best possible quality. Every new site is treated as an individual, though we use our broad experience of converting other dental software we treat each site the same.
Approximately eight weeks prior to your training we will request a copy of your dental software database, this allows us to run tests on the data and ensure that we provide a detailed specification of the information we will be converting. Once the information has been provided we will run a no-obligation test conversion to ensure you can see your patient data in SFD.
We have an excellent track record with our dental software data conversions; to-date there has not been a single system we could not convert at least some data from.
