How Do I Chart Fillings
Click on the surfaces of the tooth and using the wizard that appears you can chart whether the surface area has/is sound/carious/defective and then you can chose your restoration.

When you are happy with your choice click on OK and this will be added to your treatment plan or click cancel to start again.
