How Do I Amend or Append the Occupations List?
Occupations are an optional selection within the patient record, these are selected from a pre-defined list to allow the ability to report on patients with a specific occupation.
From the main setup area of the program click on
from the Miscellaneous section of the setup menu.
You will now have the following screen visible.
To create a new Occupation click on the new button and complete the form as required
To Edit or set as inactive highlight the option you desire and click on
You will now be faced with the following screen:
To remove the occupation from the patient selectable list uncheck the active checkbox, to edit the description simply overtype the name.
Once you have finished click save.
