How To Search For a Course of Treatment by Form Number
There will be times where you wish to search for a particular course of treatment by its form number within your dental software.
Simply select Search for a treatment form from the options menu. The options menu is found towards the top of the screen (shown below).
The following window will appear, simply type in the form number.
Click OK, the form you have searched for will now open on screen.
