Your dental software allows you to print out a role call for emergency situations. To access this feature, first of all navigate to the main appointment screen by clicking on the Appointment button at the top of the screen (shown below).

Now you are within the Appointment screen you have access to a number buttons along the top of the screen. You will see the Fire Role Call button towards the far right of these buttons (shown below).

This will then bring up Print dialog window. Simply select your printer then this will print out a list of all patients that are either marked as Attended or In Surgery.

Once printed your role call will look like the example below.
