First of all open your desired patient.

Now you have opened the patient's record, click on the Treatment button.

Select and Open the treatment form you wish to either view or take a orthodontic assessment for.

You are now within your treatment form. Towards the bottom of the screen you will notice you have four tabs. When you first open the form you are presented with the Treatment tab. To access the orthodontic assessment feature, click on the General tab (shown below).

Now you are within the General tab, click on the assessment button. The following window will appear.

From this screen you can view and edit existing information or input completely new information. Once you have finished, click Close in the bottom right hand corner of the window.
