There may be times where you are required to duplicate the price list of one of your existing schemes to another. The steps below show you how.

First of all click on the SFD button in the top left hand side of the screen and select Setup from the dropdown menu.

Once you are in the Setup screen of SFD, click on the Price Lists button.

You will then be presented with the following window.

First of all click on the price list you wish to copy (Private is selected in the example above). Now you have selected your price list, click on the Copy List button in the bottom left hand side of the window.

Select the scheme you wish to copy the price list to from the dropdown button. You need to also input a date to wish this price list to take effect from. Finally enter a percentage you wish to copy the price list at. For example, enter 110.00 if you wish to copy the pricelist at a 10% increase. Click OK to confirm.

Note: You can copy a pricelist to itself. This is useful if you update each of your price lists by a certain percentage each year, this will save you a lot of time.
