Force printing of receipts

Hi Adam We have experienced some issues at Mansfield and Arnold with regards to banking and patients monies. Without going into to much detail no receipts have been printed and patients saying paid but money not there!! Would it be possible to remove the drop down choice of none ? when asked if we want a receipt. I think it automatically is set to ptint a receipt but you can drop down the menu and choose none. Hope this is something that can be removed? Let me know. Cheers Zoe
