Another Great year at the BDIA Showcase 2018
The team at Systems for Dentists exhibited at the BDIA Dental Showcase in London at the beginning of October. The show is a firm favourite in our events calendar and we’re pleased to say the show didn’t disappoint.
As the team rounded off our 30th year in business celebrations, we had the chance to meet with our customers - both old and new, whilst also officially launching two of our new products – Kudos, our online reputation management tool and the Patient Portal – which offers dentists a new way to engage and interact with their patients.
The feedback on the launch of our new products has been amazing and we value the support of our customers. To thank you for your ongoing support we will be offering an introductory price for both products until the 31st December 2018, read more on this later.
Our stand was incredibly busy throughout the three-day event, a high point was the number of Dentists and Practice Managers that had sought out our stand on the recommendation of their colleagues in the field. For the team, this was exactly the type of feedback we want to receive when attending industry events. We pride ourselves on our advanced software system, but we’re also very aware that it’s our attention to detail when setting up and providing ongoing support coupled with a high level of customer service that sets us further apart from our competitors.
Patient Portal
The Patient Portal is a bespoke branded app to help dentists and reception staff communicate more effectively with patients.
In our modern-day culture of instant access via web and mobile devices, SfD identified an opportunity to improve the patient experience when visiting their dentist. Our Patient Portal app can be downloaded to the patient’s phone/ tablet or accessed via the web.

We will be offering the Patient Portal for an introductory rate of £490 for initial set-up if you book a demo before the 31st December 2018.
Kudos
Opinions matter - reputation is an essential part of your marketing plan, in fact it’s the first area you should focus on. A good reputation conveys that your brand is reliable, and when choosing a dentist - reliability, trust and customer reviews all come into play in the patient’s decision-making process.
Feedback is now a necessity. Customers expect to see reviews; staff recruitment is improved from a strong online reputation and regulators respect independence.
