I opened a Dental Practice in January 2012. I had received a full days training for all my staff which was very good.
The trainer was straight to the point and did not use too many technical computer terms... he was down to earth and as such we all learned a lot. He then was at the practice all day when we opened and assisted the staff when they encountered problems.
This was then exceeded by the fantastic after sales. Whenever my staff or myself contacted them they immediately sorted out the problem.
