We wanted to write a few words about Systems For Dentists. We were feeling disappointed with our system, problem after problem. We made contact with Sam Clarke and from that point, the whole process ran very smoothly indeed.
Every member of staff, from the support on the telephone, to the installation engineers all communicated with us and each other throughout our journey. They never made false promises and deadlines were always met. We had (and still do have) follow up courtesy and support calls. Nothing is too much trouble.
The system itself is very user friendly. It encapsulates all the aspects of running a surgery. From a clinical and non-clinical point of view, we are very happy. We would recommend SFD very highly to others searching for new software.
Overall, an extremely reliable system, but more importantly a fantastic team of reliable people.
