I have used Systems For Dentists for nearly 10 years and have found their telephone assistance to be unrivalled in the dental industry. They will always be there to help give advice, or normally log-in remotely and resolve the IT question, or technical situation.
I recently set up a new practice with 4 terminals and the equipment has they provided the equipment, the installation and training and now the support. The whole process was seamless, and allowed me to get on with the other details of setting up a new practice, such as CQC compliance!
The software itself is very user friendly and I feel we can do everything we need to as a practice and all that we have requested. I work as a dental expert and in terms of standards the system provides all that we need it terms of record keeping, and information governance. Being regulated by the CQC it is also reassuring that SFD take seriously matters such as data protection and back up.
