SFD was installed at the practice relatively recently and I have been delighted with their customer care.
The training was very personal and they possess a unique service in that they were able to tailor certain elements of the programme to our practice's needs.
The software is so easy to use and does all the things we want it to do, and more as we get to know it better.
It has enhanced the way we work and do things at the practice.
Whenever we have needed help the support at the end of the phone has been very helpful, and again personal to the needs of the practice.
I would recommend SFD to others and, in fact this is how we came to use their business. I am sure if they maintain the same level of care and support this is how their business will grow.
